Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Aesthetics by Jen, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and deposit policy in place:

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• The deposit will be applied toward your treatment cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the full balance must be paid.

• Appointments can be transferred to a later date if rescheduled in advance.

• No-shows will result in the full treatment fee being charged.

Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for deposits or completed treatments.

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
